Leadership Summit 2023

Advent Leaders,

Thank you for your willingness to serve our church this upcoming year! We are excited
to kick off 2023 and cannot wait to what God has in store for us in the new year. As a
member of our church leadership, we ask that you join us for the 2023 Advent
Leadership Summit featuring Jason Young on Saturday, January 7th from 9:00 am –
12:00 pm in the Sanctuary.

It is important that you attend the Leadership Summit as this is a time we will spend
together developing as leaders and gaining insight for the upcoming year. In addition,
you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow committee members and receive
logistical information for the year. This year we will once again welcome Jason Young as
our keynote speaker. Jason will be leading our time together and will be helping equip
us to continue our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of
the world.

About Jason Young
Dr. Jason Young is an author and speaker who helps organizations maximize leadership
and hospitality within their organization. He has worked with leaders at Ford Motor
Company, Life.Church, Chick-fil-A, and more. Jason also served as the Director of
Guest Experience at Buckhead Church and North Point Ministries, which is a nationally
known network of churches founded by Andy Stanley.
